If displayed outdoors, occasionally recoating with water-based polyurethane is recommended to help guard against the elements. To keep the painted and decoupaged colors vibrant, avoid long exposure to direct sunlight, which can cause fading over time. Clean gently with a soft duster or a damp cloth as needed - avoid soaking or scrubbing.
